Bellarine Distillery is operated by Bellarine Distillery Pty Ltd (“Bellarine Distillery”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
We aim to keep these terms clear, fair and respectful while helping us provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests and customers.
Website Use
By accessing or using this website, you agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or otherwise legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction, to purchase alcoholic products or participate in alcohol-related experiences offered through this website.
We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the website, products, experiences or services at any time without notice.
Product Information & Availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure website content, product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information is always complete, accurate or error-free.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to:
limit quantities
refuse orders
cancel orders
correct pricing or product errors
withdraw products or experiences from sale
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate.
Alcohol & Responsible Service
Bellarine Distillery supports the responsible service and enjoyment of alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse service, entry or participation to any person who:
appears intoxicated
behaves inappropriately
breaches venue rules
fails to provide proof of age when requested
All attendees participating in tastings, classes or events involving alcohol must be over 18 years of age.
Online Orders & Shipping
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, seasonal demand or third-party courier delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details.
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
Bookings & Venue Experiences
Bookings for tastings, events, dining and experiences are subject to availability and operational requirements.
We reserve the right to:
modify experiences
change event details or session times
substitute products where necessary
refuse service
cancel bookings due to operational, safety, licensing or weather-related circumstances
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests and the venue.
Event Cancellation Policy
No returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges are available for event bookings.
If you are unable to attend, we recommend nominating a friend or family member to attend in your place. No notification is required for attendee name changes. Simply quote the original booking name on arrival.
Cancellation Due to Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
Illness
If a participant is unable to attend due to illness, please email a medical certificate together with your order number to:

no later than 2pm on the day of the event booking.
Eligible participants may be offered:
a full refund less booking fees and an $18 per person administration fee; or
a change of booking date, subject to availability.
Family Emergency
In the event of a family emergency, please email your order number and details of the emergency to:
info@bellarinedistillery.com.au
no later than 2pm on the day of the event booking.
Approved cancellations due to family emergency may be offered:
a full refund less booking fees and an $18 per person administration fee.
All exceptional circumstance requests are assessed at our discretion.
Allergens & Dietary Information
Bellarine Distillery prepares and serves food and beverages in a working hospitality environment where allergens may be present, including but not limited to:
nuts
dairy
gluten
eggs
seafood
sesame
soy
While we take reasonable care in food preparation and handling, we cannot guarantee that any product or menu item is completely free from traces of allergens.
Guests with allergies or dietary requirements are encouraged to notify staff prior to ordering or attending an event.
Consumption of products is at the guest’s own discretion and risk.
Photography & Promotional Material
By attending an event, tasting or experience at Bellarine Distillery, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur.
You consent to Bellarine Distillery using photographs, video footage or recordings containing your image or likeness for:
marketing
promotional
social media
website
editorial purposes
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify staff upon arrival.
Intellectual Property
All website content including:
photography
logos
branding
product names
copy
graphics
imagery
design elements
remains the property of Bellarine Distillery unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced, copied, modified or used without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or booking systems provided for convenience only.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
Website Availability
