Bellarine Distillery and Searoad Ferries have set sail together to craft 'The Salty Seadog' - a gin inspired by the waters between Queenscliff and Sorrento
This one is closely related to our much-loved Navy Strength Old Dodger, but Seadog has its own personality.

The Salty Seadog is his calmer, equally handsome brother - sea air in his lungs, paws on the deck, watching the horizon.
Built on a classic London Dry backbone, Seadog keeps those familiar notes of native coastal saltbush and herbs, but dials things back just enough to ensure you keep your sealegs!

Small batched and handcrafted on the Bellarine.
This gin has a rich & intense lemon flavor with a luscious oily mouth feel arising from the lemon scented Eucalyptus leaves and macadamia nuts. Coriander seed accentuates the citrus profile and cinnamon adds a touch of soft spice.
Best served simply with Fever tree Mediterranean tonic as a G & T or with Lillet Blanc as a martini.
This gin was originally a limited release to raise funds for Bear - the Koala detection dog , but due to overwhelming popularity we have added this gin to our permanent range.
A percentage of every bottle will continue to be donated to various charitable organizations.

Rosey has aromas of butterscotch, caramel & sun dried apricots. The ex-Pinot Noir barrels have imparted a sweet red berry perfume and a soft buttery mouthfeel.

Trooper & The Roo - Roasted Wattle seed , Cacao & Almonds combine to create this beautifully balanced dessert style Gin with strong Chocolate notes.

The Gin itself is an aromatic blend of 6 botanicals, juniper, coriander, orange, lemon myrtle, orris root and star anise.
It has strong citrus characteristics with orange and lemon Myrtle coming to the fore. It is is highly regarded as a sipping gin but also makes a great G & T. We recommend using a light Tonic such as Fevertree’s Naturally Light.
Garnish with a slice of orange - preferably organic or a slice of lemon with a sprig of rosemary.

Our barrel aged gin Rosey and The Rabbits has been married with 15 year old Grand Muscat from North East Victoria to create a sweet and decadent gin liqueur like no other. Velvety on the tongue with flavours of sticky dried apricots, raisins, caramel, toffee and Christmas spice. Liquid decadence.

Created in honour of Lorelle Joy Warren, our beloved founder and Australian Distillers Hall of Fame inductee, Legacy Liqueur celebrates her lasting influence on Australian craft spirits. A blend of Teddy & The Fox gin and Botrytis Semillon dessert wine, th is liqueur shines with citrus and tropical fruit.
Nose: Tropical ‘Frosty Fruits ’ icypole , pineapple crush & candied orange peel.
Palate: Lemon sorbet, honeyed apricot, juicy tropical fruits & ripe peach.
Finish: Mandarin & passionfruit marmalade melting into pomelo ice cream.
