Bellarine Distillery began on an old chicken farm with a still, a family and a fairly ambitious idea.
We built the first distillery on the Bellarine Peninsula ourselves. Today, we make award-winning spirits, welcome guests at The Whiskery and remain fiercely independent in how we do things.
We take the craft seriously. Ourselves, considerably less so.
