Built on a classic London Dry backbone, The Salty Seadog brings together native coastal saltbush and herbs for a gin that feels unmistakably maritime.

It’s softer and more restrained than our Navy Strength Old Dodger, but still delivers plenty of flavour and character.

 

How to Drink It

Pour over plenty of ice with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a simple rosemary and lemon garnish.
It also works beautifully in a classic G&T when you want something refreshing, savoury and a little different.

Aroma: Fresh coastal herbs with classic juniper
Palate: Herbaceous, savoury and gently saline, with a softer middle

The Story Behind The Bottle

The Salty Seadog was created in collaboration with Searoad Ferries, inspired by the waters between Queenscliff and Sorrento.
It’s closely related to our much-loved Navy Strength Old Dodger, just with the volume turned down slightly.
If Old Dodger is the full-throttle, salty-bearded sea captain, The Salty Seadog is his calmer brother: sea air in his lungs, paws on the deck, watching the horizon.
