The Whiskery began life as one of the property’s original farm sheds. We pulled it apart, put it back together and created the kind of place we wanted to drink at ourselves.

Inside, you’ll find fireside tables, couches and relaxed corners made for lingering. When the weather warms up, the gardens and outdoor decks are the place to settle in with a gin, whisky or cocktail.

Rustic, welcoming and deliberately unhurried.

What we pour

- Gin & Liquers, tasting flights, handcrafted cocktails, our own Single Malt releases.

- Wonderful local beers and wines, and international whiskies-including selections from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

- Alcohol-free options for those skipping the spirits

Things to Know

Before you Book

The Whiskery is designed as an adult cellar-door experience.

  • Guests must be aged 18 or over
  • Babies aged 12 months and under are welcome
  • Bookings are for two hours
  • Seating may include tables, couches, garden chairs and outdoor areas
  • Seating is allocated according to availability
  • Dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas and must remain on a leash
  • A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays
  • Takeaway bottle purchases are excluded from the public-holiday surcharge

For specific seating requests, please contact the team before your visit.

We will do our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee a particular table or area.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change.

Cancellations, booking changes made less than 24 hours before your reservation, and no-shows may incur a fee of $20 per person.
