Yes, The Whiskery is our cellar door and is open 7 days a week. We offer gin and whiskey tasting flights, cocktails and food platters. Bookings are recommended and can be made via our Bookings page. We operate on a 2-hour time limit with a maximum group of 10 patrons.

Friendly dogs are welcome in our outdoor areas provided they are aon a leash. We love seeing four-legged visitors enjoying the space alongside their humans here.

The Whiskery is designed as an adult hospitality experience and is an 18+ venue. As such, children are not permitted, however babies in arms under 12 months of age are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Yes — we ship Australia-wide so you can enjoy Bellarine Distillery spiritis wherever you are. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. 

For Victorian legal compliance, first time deliveries require an adult signature and ID verification upon delivery. Accepted identification includes Drivers Licence, Passport, or Proof of Age Card.

For returning customers, packages may. be left unattended if delivery instructions have been pre-arranged. If no authroity to leave has been provided, orders cannot be left unattended and re-delivery arrangements may be required.

While we are primarily a cellar door and tasting experience, we do work with guest to create thoughtful private functions, celebrations and weddings at The Whiskery.

For couples who don't see themselves in a traditional wedding, Bellarine Distillery offers a more considered way to celebrate — intimate, relaxed and deeply personal. Set on seven acres in the heart of the Bellarine, our venue specialises in day-to-dusk gatherings that favour connection over convention.

From elopements shared with a handful of guests to micro weddings with your closest circle, each celebration is designed to feel effortless, meaningful and distinctly your own.

In partnership with Geelong Boutique Weddings, we offer curated weekday packages for elopements and micro weddings.

We also release limited weekend dates for exclusive cocktail-style weddings and celebrations, with tailored minimum spends.

The distillery also lends itself beautifully to pre- and post-wedding gatherings — from curated whisky and gin tastings to relaxed hens or bucks celebrations.

Yes — we do offer a private barrel program, and it has been incredibly popular.

If you’d like to express interest in future releases or upcoming availability, we’d love to hear from you.

No returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges are available for any events.

If you are unable to attend, we recommend nom inating a friend or family member to take your place. No notification is required for change of attendees name, simply quote the booking name on arrival.

Cancellation due to exceptional circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can pop up at the last minute.

In the case you are unable to make a class or event due to exceptional circumstances please follow the below instructions:

1. Illness- In the case that a participant is unable to attend due to an illness, please email a medical certificate and your order number to info@bellarinedistillery.com.au by no later than 2pm on the day of your event booking.

Our team will be in touch with you within 3 working days. The participant will be offered a full refund or change of booking date minus booking fees and administration fee of $18/ person. 

2. Family Emergency- In the case of a family emergency please email your order number and emergency details to info@bellarinedistillery.com no later than 2pm on the day of your event booking.

All booking cancellations in the case of a family emergency, will be offered a full refund minus booking fees and administration fee of $18 per person.

Age Restrictions

All attendees must be over the age of 18 years in order to attend & participate.

Privacy Policy

By purchasing a ticket to an event, you acknowledge that the event may be filmed or photographed and give consent for the film or photographs to be published on any platform by Bellarine Distillery or by any other entity used for promotion. Films and photographs may be used occasionally for other marketing purposes.
