Hosted by SMWS ROW Director Matt Bailey alongside Bellarine’s Head Distiller and Co-Owner Craig Michael, this immersive tasting flips the script.

You’ll taste each whisky blind first - no age, no cask, no backstory - and instead focus on what really matters:

What it reminds you of.
What it tastes like to you.
What it looks like in your mind.

Each dram becomes a moment to interpret through colour, texture, and memory. Sketch it, paint it, or simply sit with it. This is about experience, not perfection.

(A heads up: artistic ability is completely irrelevant… we’re leaning into the chaos here.)
