It soars effortlessly, surveying its vast domain with piercing intensity - fearless, patient, and unrelenting. This noble bird is a fitting avatar for this whisky which embodies a bold richness that glides majestically across the palate.

This limited rare release single malt whisky was matured in one 250L and one 128L 1st fill Oloroso sherry barrels and then finished in two refill American oak bourbon barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Black forest cake, candied oranges dipped in dark chocolate, jersey caramels, sticky aged balsamic, old leather.

Palate: Florentine biscuits, browned butter, dark caramel fudge, glazed wagyu with sweet BBQ sauce, dried fruits.

Finish: Long, rich, velvety & luscious with lingering notes of date & walnut cookies.
