Upcoming Releases

Whisky takes time, and to date our releases have been limited, varying from 61-450 bottles at a time. As we have honed our craft we have invested in laying down a larger stock of maturing casks and we are now working toward establishing a Flagship range of whisky known as Oak and Spirit.

The ‘oak’ series is a celebration of the rich and complex characters that oak can impart to malt spirit during maturation. While the ‘spirit’ series will be a celebration of the distillery character imbued into our malt spirit. While our limited releases to date will still be made available as they mature and known as the RARE Series, the hope is that our Flagship series OAK and SPIRIT will be readily available to consumers. While Oak Batch 1 is now available we look forward to announcing the release of SPIRIT in 2024/2025.
